Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-Daily management of hub order, acceptance, return , inventory ,quality & loss prevention.-Oversee the seamless transition of goods from pick-up to customer deliveries on-time, in-full, and in good condition.-Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.-Manage the team of the Delivery Executives-Training & management of DAs-Liaison with other team leaders, hub manager & other operation team-Champion absolute customer satisfaction by working closely with our Customer Service Team.REQUIRED PROFILE: Candidate should be suitable for night dutyGood communication skills , hub operational awareness & management skillsBasic computer knowledge (Word ,Excel, Google Sheet & G-mail)Gender: Male onlyLaguage: Assamese, HindiExperience: 0-1 year in Hub Operations ,Logistics Industry or related fieldSalary: 12k-15kMonthly Duty: 28daysJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
