About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to join our fast-paced and growing startup. This role demands energy, ownership, and execution. The candidate will manage pan-India logistics, optimize costs, and build strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of interstate and pan-India shipments

- Optimize logistics costs and reduce TAT for deliveries

- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams for dispatches

- Build and maintain strong relations with logistics partners and vendors

- Track, analyze, and report key metrics (delivery status, cost, delays, etc.)

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

- Exposure to pan-India and interstate shipping practices

- Strong negotiation and coordination skills

- Proficient in Hindi, English, and Tamil (preferred)

- Willingness to relocate across cities as per company requirement
