Our sole aim is to bring efficient upgrades to the supply chain by managing the logistics operations for our clients. With a range of services, our teams have helped the clients in understanding the business processes better and scoring higher profits.

Objectives of this Role:



The Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring that 4PL Consultancy's clients comply with all applicable export and import documentation regulations worldwide by developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures.

:



Handling end to end management of Import/export shipments Obtaining International documentation such as Certificate of Origin, Export declarations, ATR, etc. Invoice & other shipping documentation preparation. Coordination with clearing agents and freight forwarders. Ensuring smooth origin and destination Customs clearance. Finding best route to the market & delivery cost saves on transportation expenditure Communicating with the Client & updating the progress

Job Role and Responsibilities:



Observe and seek improvement opportunities in existing and new processes and procedures to decrease risk, increase efficiency and reduce cost Collaborate with different departments across 4PL Consultancy for cross-functional projects Work with approved freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure exemplary compliance performance Interact and coordinate with multiple value chain partners involved in the supply chain Managing client's expectations and providing exception services to them Works independently to complete given tasks and activities

Skills and Qualifications:



Min 2 years of relevant logistics experience. Knowledge of Export/ Import Documentation, International Logistics including but not limited to freight transportation and custom clearance. Bachelor's degree in business or Commerce. Post Graduate degree in Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred) Ability to work with a cross-functional team Effective Stakeholder Management Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail Fluent in using Microsoft Office Familiar with ERP systems Proficient with MS Office
