Manage import shipments, shipping consolidation, and customs clearance.
Coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations.
Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and shipping agents.
Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, payments, and logistics documentation.
Support client travel planning and coordination.
Work with the Accounts team to align costs and expenses with overall business health.
Continuously optimize logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
