Location: 4th Floor, Pinnacle Tower, A Block, Sector 62, Noida
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)
Transport: Both side cab facility (within hiring zone)
Incentives: Performance-based (No cap!)
We are hiring Logistics Sales professionals to join our company on the US & Canada markets. If you have experience in voice process or freight brokerage and are ready to build a career in international logistics, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate freight shipments in the US market.
Communicate with shippers and carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity.
Monitor shipment progress for on-time pickup and delivery.
Maintain accurate records and update transportation systems.
Meet individual and team performance goals.
? Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in US/international voice process.
Background in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zone).
Familiarity with US geography and logistics terms is an advantage.
