We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in our logistics business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Identify and win new business opportunities in freight, FTL/LTL, ocean, and air cargo
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead and motivate the sales team
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Negotiate and close high-value deals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
3-5 years of sales experience (1+ year in logistics leadership preferred)
Proven success in sales and client management
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willing to travel across India and Europe
Preferred:
MBA in Logistics/Operations and industry certifications (e.g., CSCP)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
