Job Responsibilites :-
Coordinating Shipments of assigned Sales people: Organizing and scheduling the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers or other locations for assigned sales people.
Managing Inventory: Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
Tracking Shipments: Monitor the progress of shipments and address any delays or issues that arise.
Communication: Communicate with carriers and customers to coordinate logistics activities and provide updates on shipments.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring that all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Managing Documentation: Handling and processing shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
Resolving Issues: Addressing and resolving any problems or issues that arise during the transportation of goods, such as delays or damaged goods.
Analyzing Data: Analyzing logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the logistics process.
Providing Customer Service: Providing assistance and support to customers regarding their shipments and logistics needs.
Telecalling: Contact the Leads and Add Customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
