Role Overview:
The Logistics Personnel will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, products, and supplies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
Manage inventory, track shipments, and update records.
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners.
Oversee loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Handle documentation related to logistics, shipping, and customs if required.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet business objectives and resolve any logistics issues.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software/tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
