Description and Requirements

Oversee and manage logistics operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Design, implement, and optimize logistics networks across India to support business growth. Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with global teams across multiple countries to drive seamless operations and foster teamwork. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure strict governance and compliance across all logistics activities. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within a logistic/ warehouse company or similar industry. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related discipline Strong project management experience with a track record of successful execution. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize logistics networks, particularly within India. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong professional communication skills. Proven experience working in global companies or across multiple countries. Solid understanding of risk mitigation and compliance practices in logistics operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
