Operations Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain

Objective:

The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics and business unit operations within a cluster. Responsibilities include optimizing hub and business unit operations, managing transportation, controlling costs, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving continuous improvement to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations at the BU level within the cluster. Collaborate with leadership and cluster managers to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and cost optimization. Develop and train teams, foster leadership, and manage manpower.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Service Level Compliance & On-time Deliveries Inventory Accuracy & Stock Turnover Ratio Operational Cost Optimization & Budget Control

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

Min. 10 years in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations. Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Strong background in compliance, safety regulations, and process improvement.

Skills:

Leadership & Team Management Inventory Control & Cost Optimization Project & Process Management Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, ERP, WMS) Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration SAP experience is a must
