of Logistics/ Operations Executive Job Title: Logistics/ Operations Executive Location: Shantipura, Ahmedabad Experience: 7 to 10 Years Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month Industry: Bitumen Manufacturing / Petrochemical Job Summary: We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Executive with hands-on experience in bitumen or manufacturing operations to manage dispatch, transportation, plant coordination, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day logistics and operational tasks to ensure smooth supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities: ?Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of bitumen and related products. ?Manage transport arrangements, vehicle scheduling, and coordination with transporters and drivers. ?Oversee loading, unloading, weighbridge activities, and ensure accurate dispatch documentation. ?Prepare and maintain E-way bills, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport records. ?Monitor vehicle movement, maintain dispatch tracking reports, and update internal teams and clients. ?Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for order execution, billing, and stock reconciliation. ?Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport norms, and company policies. ?Support plant operations by monitoring inventory levels, material handling, and process flow. ?Assist in vendor management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvement. ?Prepare MIS reports on dispatches, stock, and transport performance. Requirements: ?Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / Logistics / Supply Chain Management). ?7-10 years of relevant experience in logistics and operations, preferably in the bitumen or manufacturing sector. ?Good knowledge of E-way bills, dispatch procedures, and stock handling. ?Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. ?Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally (basic), and transport tracking systems. ?Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines. Preferred Skills: ?Experience handling bulk and drum dispatches. ?Familiarity with industrial or government project logistics. ?Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
