Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Courier Operations
Coordinate with courier partners and logistics aggregators (e.g.,
Delhivery, Blue Dart
) for daily pickups, shipment movement, and delivery closures
Support
middle-mile and last-mile logistics operations
to ensure timely deliveries
Shipment Tracking & SLA Management
Track shipments daily and ensure adherence to defined
SLA timelines
Identify delays, follow up with partners, and escalate unresolved issues
NDR & Delivery Exception Handling
Manage
NDR cases
(customer not reachable, address issues, refused deliveries)
Coordinate reattempts and closures with courier partners
Post-Delivery Issues & Disputes
Handle post-delivery exceptions including
missing, damaged shipments, POD requests, and RTO cases
Support dispute resolution through proper coordination and documentation
Internal Coordination
Work closely with
warehouse, customer support, and accounts teams
to ensure smooth dispatches and issue resolution
Analytics & Reporting Responsibilities
Track and analyze
SLA %, NDR %, RTO %, delivery TAT
on a daily basis
Maintain
daily and weekly logistics MIS
using Excel / Google Sheets
Prepare
courier-wise and aggregator-wise performance reports
Monitor
aging shipments, delivery success rate, and reattempt success rate
Analyze
NDR reasons
to identify patterns and reduce repeat failures
Use data insights to highlight
