Job Description

Position: Logistics : Operations Executive

Coordinate effectively between drivers and customers by providing timely and accurate updates on truck status Maintain transparency and seamless collaboration within the operations team Stay attentive and proactive during peak shipment days to handle time-sensitive tasks. Visit customer locations when required for LR (Lorry Receipt) preparation, document pickup, or bill submission Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure commitments are met without follow-up

Required Skills:

Educational Qualification: Any relevant degree will be considered Strong communication skills in Tamil are required, and basic proficiency in English is sufficient

Basic spoken Hindi is required to effectively manage Pan-India logistics operations

Understanding of logistics operations, especially vehicle tracking and documentation Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure during peak times Willingness to take initiative and support the team as needed
