Assign responsibilities, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations. \xc2\xa7 Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. \xc2\xa7 Address operational issues and resolve problems as they arise. Work closely with team members to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of issues. \xc2\xa7 Ensure a high level of customer service by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and implementing improvements to meet or exceed customer expectations.
