Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Logistics & Operations Executive

to manage end-to-end D2C logistics, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing delivery partners, reducing RTO rates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment. Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) orders and implement strategies to reduce RTO rates. Coordinate and manage multiple suppliers and delivery partners for smooth dispatch operations. Maintain and update operational sheets, reports, and order dashboards. Utilize HubSpot for managing customer interactions, queries, and tracking communication. Oversee end-to-end logistics for D2C orders including order processing, dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery. Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or queries; provide effective resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve delivery efficiency. Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements to optimize logistics performance.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or D2C order management (preferred). Strong working knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics workflows. Experience in handling RTO and coordinating with courier partners. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to maintain structured data sheets. Familiarity with CRM tools like

HubSpot

. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
