Role Summary
We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented
Logistics & Operations Coordinator
to manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics, inventory, dispatch, MIS, and warehouse-related operations.
This role requires
strong follow-up, documentation accuracy, Excel discipline, and coordination with logistics partners, warehouses, and customers
to ensure smooth Pan-India order execution and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS, Reporting & Data Accuracy
Update and maintain the
Order Tracking Dashboard daily
(orders, dispatch details, stock-in-hand, batch & DOE tracking)
Prepare
monthly product sales reports
Maintain a
Master Invoice File
with dispatch and payment details
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and discipline in all operational data and reports
2. Invoice, Dispatch & Documentation Control
Save and organize invoices on the drive in
month-wise folders
Arrange dispatches as per required mode and timelines
Scan, rename, and store
LRs and PODs
in designated folders
Send dispatch emails to customers with invoice and courier details attached
Track shipments until delivery and ensure POD is shared and recorded
3. Logistics Partner & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate daily with courier and transport partners for timely deliveries
Follow up with logistics partners to meet estimated delivery timelines
Check courier and transport bills and validate rates as per agreed contracts
Support identification and onboarding of new logistics vendors for cost and service improvement
Maintain healthy working relationships with all logistics vendors
4. Inventory, Stock & Warehouse Coordination
Update daily stock movement (IN / OUT) for
Mumbai and Karjat warehouses
Prepare
monthly stock reports
(Products and Packaging)
Conduct and record
physical stock counts
Coordinate restocking and inform production based on stock reports
Track and record stock transfers between Karjat warehouse and Mumbai godown
5. Godown & Stock Management
Ensure proper storage of products with
Date of Manufacturing / FIFO discipline
Maintain stock safety and hygiene standards in the godown
Ensure regular cleanliness and orderly storage practices
6. Client Coordination & Payment Follow-ups
Coordinate with customers for order status and delivery confirmation
Share PODs as proof of delivery
Follow up with customers for payments as per agreed terms
Support client visits related to payment follow-ups when required
Skills & Requirements
2-3 years experience in
Logistics, Operations, Inventory, or Warehouse Coordination
(FMCG preferred)
Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Word
High attention to detail and documentation discipline
Comfortable with daily follow-ups (vendors, transporters, customers)
Ability to manage
both system data and physical stock
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(spoken & written)
Ability to ride a
two-wheeler
(mandatory)
