Logistics Executive

to manage the coordination, planning, and execution of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of goods, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support smooth logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (transportation, warehousing, inventory, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and distribution centers. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transport companies, and internal departments. Process orders, invoices, shipping documents, and maintain accurate records. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or customs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock movements. Optimize logistical procedures and suggest cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international regulations. Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related role (1-3 years preferred). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
