Reporting to an Operations Lead/Operations Head, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution in one or more modules -- Pick-up, In-transit, Delivery, RTO, or Reverse/Exchange. You will track shipments, coordinate with courier partners, and flag exceptions proactively. Without this role, the team cannot maintain daily SLA performance, leading to escalation and customer dissatisfaction.
Responsible:
- Monitor and track daily shipments in assigned module.
- Coordinate with courier partners for exceptions/resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records in trackers/dashboards.
Accountable:
- Accurate execution of assigned tasks (e.g., daily pickup confirmation, exception closure).
- Timely escalation of unresolved issues to Tier 2 Lead.
Consulted:
- Share on-ground insights with Leads and Product/Tech for process improvement.
Informed:
- Stay informed about escalations and workflow updates impacting day-to-day work.
Key Competencies

Essential:

Basic understanding of logistics processes (pickup, delivery, RTO).
-Strong attention to detail, use of Excel/trackers, follow-up discipline.
- Reliability, ownership, willingness to learn, customer-first approach.
- 1-3 years in logistics/operations, preferably with a courier/3PL/4PL.
- Awareness of courier SLA terms, COD processes.
Desirable:
- Communication skills for client/courier interaction, basic analytics.
- Curiosity for tech-enabled logistics solutions.
- Internship/experience in SaaS-enabled logistics.
