Position: Logistics Officer

Functional Area:

Logistics and Warehouse

Experience: 2+ years

:

Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.

Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services.

Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up.

Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.

Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day / Preparing reports

Track the route plan on day-to-day basis

Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels

Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.

Responsible for Warehouse physical stock.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree

2+ years' experience in logistics management a must

Good in communication; Local language preferred

Inventory maintenance experience a plus

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and Self Motivated

Basic Knowledge of Word / Excel / any ERP system
