Job Summary:

Astra Chemtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate all aspects of the logistics and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the logistics department, strong communication skills, and expertise in Excel/Advanced Excel for reporting and data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage dispatches of finished goods as per customer and dealer requirements. Handle transport arrangements, booking, and tracking of shipments (courier, part load, full truck load). Monitor stock movement and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and stock movement reports. Follow up with transporters, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth execution of delivery schedules. Handle documentation related to invoices, e-way bills, and transport records. Maintain database and trackers using Excel and Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Factory, etc.) for smooth order processing. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to logistics. Support audit and inventory reconciliation activities as needed.
Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Additional certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management. Proficient in Excel/Advanced Excel and able to generate reports, manage data, and track shipments. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with a problem-solving attitude. Experience in working with transporters and warehouse teams.
