Job Overview:

The Logistics Monitoring Executive will assist in live monitoring of vehicles, conduct device health checks, and support escalation and documentation efforts to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct GPS and temperature device checks before trip start. Monitor vehicle movement and raise alerts for delays, halts, or temperature breaches. Use fallback tracking (e.g., driver app) when hardware fails. Follow up on POD collection after unloading. Assist in maintaining shift logs, dashboard status, and issue trackers. Support the team during incidents, shift handovers, and reporting.

Requirements:

0.6-2 years of experience in logistics operations, control room, or delivery support. Basic knowledge of GPS/location-based tracking systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and communication tools.
