Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing plans, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and relationship building with potential clients.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our 3PL services, including digital marketing, trade shows, and direct marketing.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the logistics or supply chain industry. ( IMPORTANT) Strong understanding of 3PL services and logistics operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
