Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Logistics Marketing Manager

to oversee our logistics operations, vendor development, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding SS tankers, managing drivers and transportation activities, and ensuring smooth operational coordination. Candidates with prior experience in tanker line operations or truck fleet management will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and source

SS tankers

to meet operational and business requirements. Handle end-to-end

driver management

, including allocation, coordination, and monitoring of routes. Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and handling of goods. Oversee the

maintenance schedule for trucks and tankers

, coordinating with service providers to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, fuel usage, trip logs, and maintenance activities. Develop marketing strategies to promote the company's logistics services and expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, transporters, and vendors to support business growth. Identify new business opportunities within the logistics and tanker transportation segment. Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business development initiatives. Negotiate with tanker suppliers, transport contractors, and service vendors for optimal pricing and service quality. Address operational issues, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in ISO Tanker, LPG Tanker and SS tanker logistics or truck fleet management is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of transportation operations, driver supervision, and fleet maintenance.
