Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall Logistics management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring the overall logistics Cycle.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Experience in E-commerce shipment handling. Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services Process knowledge: From LR Creation Stage To Last mile delivery stages. Action plan according to the courier's MIS report status. Would be Preferred: if Knowledge of Insurance claim i.e. shipment Damage, Lost Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, dealers and consumers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arrange , plan routes and process shipments Resolve any arising problems or complaints Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Requirements and skills

3-5 Years of working experience in a Logistics(E-commerce) Record of successful distribution and logistics management Demonstrable ability to lead the team Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
