We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Logistics Manager for our cattle feed company. The ideal candidate should be active, confident, and smart, with strong coordination and execution skills to manage daily logistics and operational activities smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate transportation of cattle feed.

Manage dispatch schedules, route planning, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.

Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment.

Maintain daily logistics MIS, stock movement records, and operational reports.

Ensure proper documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

Support procurement and sales teams with operational coordination.

Monitor freight costs, and optimize logistics expenses.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Operations background preferred).

3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in trading, agro, or FMCG sector.

Active, confident, and smart personality with strong communication skills.

Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
