**Job Title:** Logistics Executive **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to contribute to the efficient coordination and management of our company\'s logistics activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Order Processing:**
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize order fulfillment based on urgency and demand. 2. **Shipment Coordination:**
- Arrange and coordinate shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipments to provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders. 3. **Documentation:**
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 5. **Communication:**
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and delivery updates. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
