We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Logistics Manager to overseeand optimize our organization\'s logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be astrategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain management and transportation processes. As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Your goal will be to enhance overall efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. What will you get to do Ensuring the sample collection and drop on time to hub by phlebo and return logistics. Planning the zones as per the geographic. Hiring and training the field team. B2C Partner route planning arranging the sample collection on time. Ensure materials are sent as per B2C and B2B partner requests. Metrics for the role Logistic on time percentage On time collection percentage Optimizing Cost per order Skills we are looking for Proven experience of 3+ years as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role,with a track record of successful logistics operations management. In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principlesand best practices. Masters degree is preferred Diagnostic Industry experience is a plus Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure tomeet tight deadlines. Fleet management experience and good communication skills in Englishand regional language.
