Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Responsible for clearing all Import/Export shipments.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate Retail outlets, Warehouse, and the central logistics team.
- Liaise and negotiate with partners, Insurance Vendors, and tech-related logistics vendors and identify new logistics partners.
- Keep track of delivery times, quality, quantity\xef\xbc\x8c Transport costs & efficiency, Payment to vendors, Catalogue goods, plan routes, stock levels, and process shipments.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to customers, Insurance partners, and logistics partners.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce, Partner Logistics Employees, and the central logistics team.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
