Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration or related field
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Manager
to oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The role includes transportation management, warehousing, dispatch planning, and import-export documentation. The candidate must coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and customs officials to ensure timely and smooth movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor inbound & outbound logistics operations.
Coordinate with production, sales & procurement teams for dispatch planning.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management & stock accuracy.
Handle all import & export documentation including customs clearance & shipping bills.
Manage transporters, freight forwarders & logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance with SEZ and statutory guidelines.
Track shipments and resolve transit/delivery issues.
Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular logistics performance reports.
Lead, guide & support the logistics operations team.
Qualifications & Skills
5-8 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/export preferred).
Strong knowledge of SEZ rules & export-import documentation.
Excellent negotiation, coordination & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
