Esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions (Biotech Company): Position: Logistics ManagerWe are looking for Logistics Manager (5 - 10 years experienced) who will be responsible for the planning, tracking and reporting of patient samples including blood and tissues samples of an innovation-driven growth-stage biotech company.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant chemical, physical or biological field from an accredited college or university.KEY SKILLS: Experience in Diagnostics lab a must. Genomics lab experience is a plus. Blood and tissue specimen logistics experience. Experience of handling samples in Cold Chain Logistics. PAN India level Network for sample collection. Thorough knowledge of clinical research process, including medical and therapeutic areas, phases and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to express complex ideas. Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To be responsible for the logistical planning, ordering, management and processing of blood and tissue samples. To ensure appropriate policies, processes and standards are in place to assure quality, turn-around and delivery times. To ensure performance metrics and management information are in place and reported regularly to the Senior Management Team. To ensure blood and tissue samples are shipped appropriately and efficiently to ensure quality of goods during transportation and timeliness of delivery. To procure and select logistics-related suppliers, monitoring service against performance criteria. To ensure supplier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. To ensure correct stock management and levels are held at our fulfilment agency. To identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics processes and digitize where practical. To be responsible for the logistics budget. To be responsible for procuring and using appropriate packaging materials and services, providing cost effective, high quality solutions. To support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings, ensuring that any logistics process changes are implemented. To review outsourcing options for key logistical processes where cost / benefit is apparent and quality standards can be maintained or improved.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per monthSchedule:
