Job Description

Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics Meeting monthly/ yearly targets on Business development Liaise with the operations Managers/ Kams to ensure that their expectations are understood. Make plans for skill development and safety for warehouse staff. Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level. Experienced in managing large multi-site /Multi skilled contact centres. Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets. Strong ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems as they arise Hiring, on boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires. Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks. Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals. Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion. Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance closely Customer relationship management.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per yearBenefits:
