Job brief We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services \xc2\xb7 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle \xc2\xb7 Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers \xc2\xb7 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency \xc2\xb7 Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments \xc2\xb7 Resolve any arising problems or complaints \xc2\xb7 Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce \xc2\xb7 Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets \xc2\xb7 Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements \xc2\xb7 Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5+ yrs. experience as Logistics Manager \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager \xc2\xb7 Record of successful distribution and logistics management \xc2\xb7 Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff \xc2\xb7 Proficient in standard logistics software \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
