Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product movement--from procurement and warehousing to distribution--ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Deliver and Manage inventory control, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to shipping and logistics
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, sales, customer service) to align logistics operations with business goals
• Lead and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Handle budgeting and cost control for logistics operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics or supply chain management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
