We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Logistics and Inventory Coordinator
to be the operational backbone of our small but dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for a fresher who is eager to take on significant responsibility, managing everything from purchasing and stock management to final dispatch and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities (The Full Cycle)
1. Procurement & Invoicing
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for materials and goods.
Process supplier invoices, ensuring they match POs and goods received.
Issue accurate sales invoices and credit notes to customers.
2. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and system records (stock reconciliation).
Conduct daily monitoring of stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Identify and manage damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.
3. Dispatch, Shipping & Returns
Coordinate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of all customer orders.
Arrange logistics (e.g., courier, transport) and prepare necessary shipping documents (E-way bills, delivery challans).
Process and document customer returns, ensuring inventory is updated and credits are issued promptly.
