Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (mandatory)
Minimum
2-5 years
experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry
Teaching / training experience preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Teaching
Deliver lectures on logistics and supply chain management subjects, including:
Fundamentals of Logistics & SCM
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Transportation & Distribution Management
Import-Export Procedures & Documentation
International Trade & Incoterms
Supply Chain Analytics & ERP basics
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments
Conduct classroom, online, and practical training sessions
Curriculum & Student Support
Develop and update curriculum as per industry requirements
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
Mentor students for internships, projects, and career planning
Support placement activities and industry interactions
Industry Engagement
Coordinate industry visits, guest lectures, and workshops
Maintain industry relationships for internships and placements
Preferred Skills
Strong subject knowledge in logistics and SCM
Practical exposure to warehouse operations, shipping, or freight forwarding
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) - added advantage
Ability to relate theory with real-world industry examples
Flexible schedule for visiting / part-time faculty
