Job Description

Preparation of all documents against Export.

Preparation of documents against local dispatch.

Preparation of Marine Insurance Policy.

Preparation of documents for obtaining Certificate of Origin (Indo Arab, Indo African etc.).

Follow-up with transporter for load and unload material at factory and destination point.

Preparation of documents as per the indent.

Preparation of documents as per LC Terms.

Coordinate with Logistics about vessels and shipping agent for D.O. arrangement.

Follow-up with Bank and search online Bank Realization Certificate (e-BRC).

Follow-up with CHA for EP Copy and attested documents.

Coordinate and follow-up with clients regarding order confirmation and dispatch details.

Preparation of Rebate documents and sent to factory.

Preparation of all Banking documents pertaining to foreign exchange.

Handling stocks register party wise for the shipment.

Follow-up with CHA for all Customs related and shipping line related documents.

Follow-up with CHA and parties for ARE1 sealed envelope.

Prepare all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents

Work Exposure:

Making Data Entry Preparation of local and export invoice.

Preparation of proof of export files with all documents (like Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Commercial Invoice, ARE1 and Export Invoice copies)

Preparation of MIS Reports

Timely submission of relevant documents to Govt. Dept. like Excise/Customs/DGFT

Proper maintenance of documents - soft/manual, Domestic Invoicing

Co-Ordination With DGFT OFFICER.

Knowledge Of I.E.C, ADVANCE LICENSE, EPCG LICENSE, CHAPTER III LICENSE.

Arranging Transportation and warehousing.

Pay: ?8,725.00 - ?34,117.00 per month
