Invoicing

(e-invoice and e-way billing in Tally)

to customers

Dispatch of consignments, Freight Monitoring and Freight management

Arrangement vehicle (PTL & FTL) and Negotiation with transporters

To manage/tracking dispatches

Warehouse management, Inventory / Material management.

Handling Inward/Outward material record

Must have hand on experience of Logistics (

From invoicing to Delivery

)

Must have knowledge of Computer, excel.

Must have exposure in email writing.

Must have experience in multiple Client dispatches.

Must have exposure on dispatching and transportation of different products line.

Desired Personality Traits / Soft Skills / Other Skill Sets:

Should have good command on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Must have hands-on experience on tally for invoicing.

Must have Negotiation skills in transportation.
