Job Overview We are looking for a Logistics Executive for our organisation located at Waghodia GIDC Vadodara, Gujarat -391760
Responsibilities
- Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation.
- Developing shipment plans as per product availability.
- Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.
- Making arrangements for the transportation of products.
- Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
- Preparing and presenting logistics reports to HOD.
- Preparing E-Way bills of Inward and outward shipments.
- Follow up with freight forwarder and transporter.
- Verifying shipping documents & reviewing BOE and Shipping bills checklist.
- Any Graduate
- Knowledge of Import and Export documentation
- Good communication skill
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
- Computer literacy must in MS Office.
