We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Executive - Operations
to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end order execution, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth deliveries and a great customer experience.
What you'll do
Plan & manage
logistics and dispatches
Coordinate with
vendors, transporters & clients
to ensure timely deliveries
Handle
shipment documentation
(e-Way Bills, etc.)
Manage
returns, replacements & customer escalations
Track performance on
cost, productivity, accuracy & timeliness
What we're looking for
Graduate in any stream
1-3 years' experience in
logistics/operations
(shipment planning, coordination with logistics companies, dispatches)
Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
Proficiency in
logistics/ERP software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
operations: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
