We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Associate - Customer Care. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for our customers throughout the vehicle scrapping and certification process.
What the Government Wants from Us
As a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF), the government expects us to:
- Ensure proper dismantling, de-pollution, and disposal of old vehicles.
- Maintain transparency, legal documentation, and traceability in all scrapping processes.
- Contribute to the national goal of reducing vehicular pollution and improving road safety.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the inbound and outbound logistics of old/scrap vehicles.
Manage daily transport scheduling and vehicle movement tracking.
Liaise with transport vendors, yard supervisors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of scrap vehicles from various locations.
Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle status records in the system.
Candidates Qualifications & Experience
Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the automobile or scrap management sector.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle types and logistics compliance is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ?16,000 - ?22,000 (Based on experience and skillset)
