Job description:

Tracking shipments in transit and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the transit process, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.

To support and coordinate on selecting the appropriate courier/transport and booking shipments, considering factors like cost, speed, and reliability.

Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with team members at all levels of the organization

Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload effectively

Ability to learn quickly, multitask and perform under deadlines

Must work well in a team environment and/or with little supervision

Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
