Apple Trans is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Dispatcher

to coordinate transportation operations and ensure timely, safe, and efficient service. The Dispatcher will act as the main point of communication between drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, dispatch, and monitor drivers and vehicles Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates to drivers Track vehicle locations and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling issues Maintain accurate records of trips, logs, and driver activity Respond quickly to delays, emergencies, or service disruptions Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Knowledge of local routes is a plus
