Job Description

Manage WSP operations including performance monitoring, quarterly audits, warehouse infrastructure requirements, contract execution, master data management, and ensuring EHS, FMFO, and statutory compliance.
Ensure timely execution of sales and stock transfer orders, GRN posting, sales return posting, and coordination with HO for discrepancies.
Coordinate between WSPs and Transporters for timely truck placement, maximize truck utilization, monitor secondary transportation performance, and provide arrival condition feedback.
Ensure Zero inventory difference between physical & SAP, maintain perpetual inventory/cycle counts, conduct monthly stock reconciliations, and ensure effective space utilization as per SOP.
Implement logistics and SCM initiatives from HO/Regional teams and suggest warehousing process improvements.
Monitor key success factors such as WSP performance, truck turnaround time, handling efficiencies, storage space utilization, safety & hygiene, K2 truck utilization, placement accuracy, and complaint redressal.
