Data processing , stock control & tally management. perform accurate data processing of inventory, inward , outward and dispatch records on daily basis , Maintain real time stock records in tally, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data.
Generate stock reports, consumption summaries, aging reports, and variance analyses for management review.
logistics & dispatch operations coordinate all logistical dispatches including local , domestic and interstate shipments.
prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices packing lists e-way bill, and transporter documents.
Track shipment and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
