Manage inbound logistics of LED components, drivers, housings, and packaging
Support production through line-side material supply and kitting
Control inventory, warehousing, and FIFO/ESD practices
Plan and coordinate outbound dispatch of finished lighting products
Reduce logistics costs and prevent transit damage
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and sales teams
Track logistics KPIs and prepare reports
