Manage end-to-end logistics for CSR projects across Pan India.
Handle planning, execution, and monitoring of all logistics activities.
Coordinate movement of materials, donations, inventory, and event resources.
Ensure smooth on-ground support for all NGO operations and activities.
Key Responsibilities (Pointers):
Oversee logistics across multiple states for CSR events and field operations.
Maintain stock records, logistic documents, delivery schedules & MIS reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, vendors, and field teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials, kits, equipment, and supplies.
Handle cloth and material donations including pick-up, transport & storage.
Manage event logistics ensuring all materials & resources are ready in advance.
Act as the coordination point between internal teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare and organize all resources before events and activities.
Manage transport for materials, volunteers, and team members.
Maintain documentation for inventory, transportation, and event logistics.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Ensure all logistical operations align with safety, quality & NGO standards.
Qualifications & Skills (Pointers):
Graduate in any stream; logistics certification preferred.
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
Strong organizational & coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Understanding of logistics, transportation & inventory systems.
