Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end logistics operations -- including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, transport companies, and customers for smooth flow of goods. Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (lead times, transport costs, inventory levels, etc.) and prepare performance reports. Negotiate contracts and rates with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Utilize ERP or logistics management systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or TMS) for data tracking and optimization. Manage and lead the logistics team to meet operational goals and deadlines. Support supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives. Handle logistics documentation, including shipping invoices, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS) Knowledge of supply chain principles, import/export procedures, and inventory management Leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
