Location: Turbhe, Pawane, MIDC

-Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, organize, and monitor logistics operations including transportation,

warehousing, and distribution of steel and engineering products.

? Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely

delivery of materials.

? Monitor and manage stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory

accuracy.

? Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to achieve cost

efficiency.

? Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

? Maintain accurate documentation for logistics activities including invoices, bills of

lading, shipping documents, and customs clearance (if applicable).

? Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations related to

logistics.

? Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational

costs.

? Prepare logistics reports including cost analysis, delivery performance, and route

optimization.

? Support project execution by coordinating movement of specialized steel and

engineering materials to project sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or related field.

? 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferably in

steel, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry).

? Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation networks, and inventory

management.

? Familiarity with ERP/Logistics Management Systems.

? Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

? Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

? Willingness to travel and manage on-site logistics when required.

Compensation

? ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
