Maintain all logistics-related records and documentation, including:
Material Inward Reports
Inspection Reports
Transport Documents
Issuance Documents
Purchase Orders and related documents
Plan and maintain the daily dispatch schedule based on transporter vehicle availability.
Organize and supervise inbound and outbound material movement.
Reconcile dispatch details against physical stock and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure compliance with all customer dispatch requirements and internal standards.
Prepare and share regular logistics and dispatch reports with the management.
Transport & Billing Responsibilities:
Select and coordinate with transporters for dispatches.
Verify and process transporter bills.
Handle LR sales and transit sales dispatches with proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including E-way bills and related requirements.
Coordination & Reporting:
Communicate and resolve booking/scheduling issues with customers and the marketing department.
Conduct monthly sales reconciliation with all warehouses.
Ensure accurate accounting for materials received and dispatched
Key Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse coordination.
Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, transporter coordination, and logistics documentation.
Understanding of GST, E-way bills, and related statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
