Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Logistics Executive

to join our dynamic Zama Organics team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination of daily logistics operations -- from dispatches at our warehouse to timely deliveries at customer locations. The candidate will closely coordinate with the Customer Support team, drivers, and warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency and an exceptional delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics operations for fresh produce and grocery deliveries. Coordinate with the Customer Support (CS) team to align dispatch schedules and address customer delivery requirements. Supervise vehicle dispatch schedules and ensure optimal route planning for timely deliveries. Monitor driver activities, assign delivery routes, and ensure vehicles are loaded as per dispatch plans. Track delivery timelines, and resolve any on-ground operational issues to avoid delays. Ensure accurate documentation for dispatches, delivery orders, and stock movement from the warehouse. Maintain daily reports on dispatch and delivery status, and update internal teams accordingly. Liaise with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock availability and readiness for dispatch. Continuously work towards improving logistics processes and customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic logistics software. Prior experience in managing drivers and vehicle dispatch operations is an advantage.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
